《思想道德修养与法律基础》课是高等学校“两课”教育的重要课程之一,作为马克思主义理论研究和建设工程的重点教材,它以道德教育和法制教育为主体,以社会主义荣辱观为主线,以理想信念教育为核心,以爱国主义教育为重点,紧密联系大学生成长成才过程中的一系列人生课题,从理论和实际的结合上进行阐述。文章就这门课的内容体系、学习方法手段、教学方法途径、教学改革模式和教学效果评价进行探讨。

Law Foundation for Thought, Morality and Culture is one of the important courses in the college. As a key textbook and program of Marxist theoretical research, it stresses on morality and culture instruction, socialist views of value on credit and disgrace, instruction of ideology , belief and patriotism, argues the combination of theory and experience in accordance with a couple of life topics on growth of college students. This paper aims at searching of some learn- and- teach methods and patterns, and reformation model.
