CYP19基因组织特异性表达调控研究进展

摘要 芳香化酶是雄激素转化为雌激素的限速酶,其编码基因为CYP19基因,其表达具有组织特异性。在多种调控因素作用下,CYP19基因选择性地利用不同的启动子介导其在不同组织中的表达。在正常乳腺脂肪组织中,其表达由PI.4介导,而在乳腺癌中的表达主要通过PII,PI.3和PI.7启动;在造骨组织中,主要由PI.4,PI.3和PI.6介导。研究CYP19基因的组织特异性表达并利用基因治疗和/或药物干预等手段,能选择性地降低乳腺癌组织中的雌激素水平,减少其在骨质丢失和骨折等方面的不良作用。
