摘要
研究了在不同碳源和氮源、不同碳氮比及金属离子的碱性液体培养条件(pH≈10.5)下,HMS-4菌株产酶能力。结果表明,Klason木质素有利于MnP的产生,活性达280.45U/L,而蔗糖条件下产生的MnP活性最高,为120.36U/L,而在最佳产酶培养时间它们的活性达到129.76U/L(8d)。碳源限制有利于酶的产生,而氮源限制则明显地抑制了酶的合成,且后者对菌株的产酶能力影响较大。
This paper research enzyme production and activity of HMS-4 alkaliphilic strain in alkaline liquid medium (pH ≈ 10.5) with various carbons or nitrogen and various ratio of carbons and nitrogen. The result showed that Klason-lignin takes advantage of production of MnP, the activity is 280.45U/L. The activity of MnP is higher in sugar cultivation condition, its activity is 120.36U/L. And its activity is 129.76U/L(8days) at optimal cultivation times. Lower carbon medium is suitable for production, and low nitrogen medium restrain obviously synthesis of the enzymes.
