介绍了10-羟基-2-癸烯酸(10-HDA)的来源、基本性质、生理活性及其应用,并初步阐述了生理活性的功能机理。
In this paper,the source, basic character, physiological active and application of 10-Hydroxy-2-Decenoic acid （10-HDA） were studied and then we expounded the mechanism of it＇s physiological active.
