PUVA和NB-UVB治疗银屑病的临床对照研究 被引量:3

摘要 为比较光化学疗法(PUVA)和窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗银屑病的临床疗效和副作用。选取57例病人,在其他治疗相同的情况下,一组用PUVA治疗,另一组用NB-UVB治疗,评价疗效和副作用。结果:PUVA治疗组和NB-UVB治疗组疗效无显著差异,PUVA治疗组的光毒性反应相对较少,但是口服药物易导致不良反应。结论:PUVA和NB-UVB对银屑病具有相近的治疗效果。
