This paper offered process flow,technology conditions of product of DEDB. The optimun Condition is as follows: diethylene glycol 1 mol; benzoic acid 2.1 mol; H 2SO 4 2 g;reaction time 4 h; reaction temperature 130～150 ℃; the yield to diethylene glycol is above 94%.
