摘要
采用锡的氧化物及氢氧化物为主要组分的催化剂 ,进行偏苯三甲酸与 2乙基己醇的酯化反应 ,通过其终点酸值 ,考察所制催化剂的催化效果。结果表明 :该催化剂完全可取代传统的酸性催化剂 ,为偏苯三甲酸三(异 )辛酯 ( TOTM)工业用催化剂的选择提供了重要。
Taking tin oxides and tin hydrooxides as main catalysts of esterification which trihemellitic acid reacts with 2ethylhexanol. According to the acid value of the esterification, test catalytic effect of the catalyst. The results indicates that the catalyst certainly replace traditional acidiccatalyst and some important and reliable basis were given for selection of industry of TOTM.
