摘要 对二甲苯(PX)鼓泡塔式反应器由反应段和塔顶的脱水段组成。在对反应段流体流动特性分析的基础上,建立了 PX 液相空气氧化反应的双级气泡模型,用 Matlab 工具求解模型方程。脱水段则采用化工流程模拟软件进行模拟。在 VB 语言平台上实现了两段计算的连接,从而完成了整个带脱水段的鼓泡塔式反应器的模拟。模型计算值与工业实际值基本吻合,验证了模型的合理性。 The bubble column reactor of p-xylene (PX) oxidation consisted of reaction section and top dehydration section. The two-bubble class model of PX air oxidation was developed based on the analysis of fluid flow characteristic of reaction section and the kinetic model parameters were evaluated by Matlab tool. And the dehydration section behavior was simulated with chemical engineering process software. The connection of the simulating of the reaction section and the top dehydration section was completed in the environment of VB . The simulating values agreed with the industrial operating data, which verified the reliability of the model proposed.
