不同磷、钾和多效唑用量对越冬期沟叶结缕草生理特性的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Different Phosphorus,Potassium and Paclobutrazol(PP333) Treatments on the Physiological Characteristics of Zoysiagrass matralla in Winter Time

摘要 采用三因素再裂区设计,研究了不同磷、钾及多效唑处理对越冬期沟叶结缕草生理特性的影响。结果表明,入冬前施用适量的磷、钾肥及多效唑能明显提高沟叶结缕草SOD、POD和CAT酶活性,自由基含量相应减少,膜脂过氧化程度减轻,抗逆性增强,且对N、P、K养分的吸收增多,为沟叶结缕草越冬奠定了物质基础。施肥能促进沟叶结缕草生长并改善外观品质,表现为叶绿素含量提高,密度增加,以施磷量60kg/hm2、施钾量140kg/hm2和多效唑浓度250mg/L处理效果最佳,而多效唑处理浓度为500mg/L会抑制沟叶结缕草的生长,并降低草坪草品质。 Effects of different phosphorus, potassium fertilizer application rates and paclobutrazol(PP333) levels on the physiological characteris.tics of Zoysiagrass matralla were studied in pot experiments by using a three factor split-split-plot design. It was indicated that it significantly increased the activities of SOD, POD and CAT enzyme, coupling with the decrease of free radical contents and membrane lipid peroxidation in Zoysiagrass matralla when optimal application rates of phosphorus, potassium and PP333 were recommended to use before winter time. This in turn promoted N, P, K nutrient uptake, consequently improved the quality of Zoysiagrass matralla, performing higher content of chlorophyll and more tillers. The best results were obtained in the treament with 60kg/hmz P2O5, 80kg/hm^2K2O and 250mg/L PP333, while it restrained the growth of Zoysiagrass matralla compared with the control in the treatment with 500mg/L PP333, resulting in dcreased quality of Zoysiagrass matralla.
