摘要
采用无放射性的直接式科氏力传感器、计算机和无线通讯技术,实现固井水泥浆密度、流量在线高精度自动测量,克服了以往人工测量、放射性密度计、涡轮流量计、电磁流量计、超声波流量计等测量方法的缺陷,解决了油田几十年来固井水泥浆密度流量参数测量的难题。系统已在辽河。
The high accurate and automatic measurement of the cement slurry density and flow on line were realized by utilized the Coriolis sensor of non radiation ,computer and radio communication technique.Therefore,it overcame the defects which the measurement of man made,radiation density meter,turbine flow meter,electromagnetic flow meter and ultrasonic wave flow meter led to.And it solved the difficult problems which were met in the oilfields in the past several decades.The system was used successfully in Liaohe, Dagang and Tarim oil fields.
