围产期小尾寒羊生理指标的监测

Some Physiological Parameters in Sheep

用常规方法监测了11只围产期小尾寒羊的体温、脉搏、呼吸、红细胞、血红蛋白、白细胞和白细胞分类各项数值。结果表明,分娩前后体温和中性分叶细胞呈“M”形变化,分娩时增高,产后第5 d时降低,产后第12 d又升高。血红蛋白和红细胞数则从产前到产后5 d期间都处于低水平,产后12 d恢复至正常水平。呼吸数、脉搏数及白细胞数在分娩时均升高。

Temperature, pulse, respiratory rate, RBC count, haemoglobin （Hb）, WBC count and WBC classification count in the periparturient little-tail sheep （n= 11） were determined in the experiment by using the regular methods. The results showed that the temperature and the number of neutrophils during the peripartum period changed as ＂M＂ mode, where they rose during parturition, lowered a little at day 5 after parturition, and rose again at day 12 after parturition. Hb and RBC count was low from day 3 before parturition to day 5 after parturition, rose to the normal level at day 12 after parturition. The respiratory rate, pulse rate and WBC count all rose at parturition.
