Investigation of efective control ways of land use design for a plant

设计实践和已建工厂数据的统计、计算、分析,推荐采用单项用地定额、街区用地系数和通道用地系数、产值系数,有效控制工厂设计用地和衡量总图设计优劣,提高投资效益和工厂效益。

Based on design practices and statistics, calculation and analysis for those data obtained from some petrochemical plants now in operation,in this paper, land use quotas for each single item, coefficients relating to street land use, acess land use and production output are recommended to be adopted in order to take effective control for the design of plant land use and to optimize general plot plan, thus increasing investment benefit and prodution plant benefit.
