国际大都市图书馆指标体系测评对象的分析

Analysis on the Evaluate Objects of Metropolitan Libraries Evaluation Index System

《国际大都市图书馆指标体系》共分为资源条件、服务效能、服务成果和影响贡献四大部分,在这些大框架下列出各项评价指标。以国内外数家大都市图书馆为例,以若干测评指标为标准,分析比较这些图书馆的异同。与《国际大都市图书馆指标体系》课题研究的准则一样,研究的目的不是要评价好坏,主要在于发现异同,找出原因,以求取长补短,并希望通过这种分析,为国内大都市图书馆的发展提供可用信息。

The International Metropolitan Library Index System is divided into four sections, including resources environment, services effects, services results, influences and contributions, and various evaluate indexes are listed in every section. Taking several metropolitan libraries in China and other developed countries as examples and based on various evaluate indexes, this paper analyzes and compares the similarities and differences between them. Corresponding with the principle of The International Metropolitan Library Index System, the purpose of this paper is not to evaluate the different indexes＇ good or bad aspects, but to find out the differences between them and the reasons, so as to provide useful information for the development of metropolitan libraries in China.
