电子预印本系统隐性质量控制机制研究

论述电子预印本系统虽然无同行评议,但仍具较高学术水平的原因。通过对国内外著名电子预印本系统的深入研究,试图分析出其在新用户注册、预印本提交、存储和发布等环节所采取的质量控制措施,并总结其内在质量控制机制,以期对国内电子预印本系统的建立和发展有所帮助。

This paper firstly discusses the reasons why e-preprint system still has higher academic level without peer review. Then, it analyses the quality control measures which the domestic and international e-preprint systems take in the stages of new user registration, preprint submission, deposition and dissemination, and summarizes the internal quality control mechanism, so that can be helpful to the construction and development of our country＇s e-preprint system.
