高羊茅苗期对除草剂耐药性的研究 被引量:9

摘要 为筛选出对苗期高羊茅安全的除草剂,在室内盆栽条件下,测定了高羊茅苗期对除草剂的耐药性。结果表明,当氟乐灵、除草通的用量为1.13、2.25kg/hm2,农得时、草克星的用量为0.30、0.45kg/hm2,快杀稗的用量为0.60、1.20kg/hm2时,对高羊茅安全,对株高、地上部鲜重和叶色无显著影响。酰胺类的甲草胺、乙草胺和都尔对高羊茅的生长有严重的抑制作用,不宜用于高羊茅苗期除草。圃草定结果与酰胺类的药剂类似,因而也不宜在高羊茅苗期施用。当恶唑禾草灵的用量为0.45、0.90kg/hm2,恶草灵的用量为1.5、3.0kg/hm2时,抑制高羊茅的鲜重和株高,但随着草坪的修剪,生长恢复,抑制作用逐渐减轻,而且不影响草坪草新生茎叶的数量,表明苗期高羊茅对这2种除草剂在该剂量下有一定的耐药性。 To select out safe herbicide to F. arundinacea in seedling stage, its tolerance in seedling stage to herbicide was determined. The results showed when the amount of trifluralin, pendimethalin, londax, NC-311 and Quinclorac applied was 1.13、2.25、0.30、0.45 and 0.60 (or 1.20) kg/hm 2, respectively, they are safe to F. arundinacea and no significant effect on its plant height, aboveground fresh weight and leaf colour. Alachlor, Acetochlor, Metachlor and Prodiamine inhibited its growth heavily. When the amount of Fenoxaprop and Oxydiazon applied was 0.45 and 0.90 kg/hm 2, respectively, the fresh weight and plant height were inhibited, with the cut of turf, growth recovery, the inhibition would be gradually decreased, and the numbers of new stems and leaves were not affected, this indicated that F. arundinacea in seedling stage had some tolerances to the two herbicides at that dose.
