摘要
线形控制是采用移动模架法逐孔施工连续梁桥的关键技术之一,而预拱度的设置是线形控制至关重要的一环。通过对移动模架逐孔施工连续梁桥线形特点的分析,根据预拱度设置的原理和方法,结合移动模架法的施工特点,归纳总结了移动模架施工连续梁预拱度设置的方法。该施工方法在苏通大桥引桥施工过程中的成功应用,对同类桥梁预拱度设置具有一定的借鉴作用。
Alignment control is one of the key techniques of bridge construction with MSS, and pre-camber setting is very important in it.This paper analyzes the deflection character of bridge construction with MSS, and summarizes the pre- camber setting method of bridge construction with MSS based on pre-camber setting principle and method,which has been proved effectivly in the construction of approach bridge of Sutong Yangtze River.The method in this paper can be use for reference in the similar situation.
