心肌桥—壁冠状动脉64例临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨心肌桥—壁冠状动脉(MB-MCA)的临床特点。方法:回顾分析64例多层螺旋计算机断层摄影术(MSCT)冠状动脉(冠脉)成像检查检出的MB-MCA患者的临床资料。结果:孤立性MB-MCA29例,MB-MCA并冠脉硬化35例,孤立性MB-MCA在发病年龄、易患因素、临床症状、心电图及心脏超声改变等方面与MB-MCA合并冠脉硬化患者比均有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:MSCT冠脉成像可用于MB-MCA的诊断。MB-MCA单独可引起心肌缺血的表现。 Objective :To investigate the clinical characteristics of myocardial bridging-mural coronary artery (MB-MCA). Method:We retrospectively analyzed clinical deta of 64 cases of Mural Coronary Artery Detected by Multidetector Computer Tomography. Results :Twenty-nine case of signal MB-MCA and 35 case of MB-MCA complicated by coronary atherosclerosis were comparatively analyzed. The results showed that these two groups were significantly difference in age, risk factors, electrocardiographic as well as echocardiographic resalts. Conclusion : Muhidetector Computer Tomography is valuable diagnostic method for MB-MCA. MB-MCA can induce myocardial ischemia.
