摘要
分析了一起高压线路出口发生单相接地故障导致相邻线路接地距离误动的事故,其中非故障线路对侧变压器中性点不接地。通过理论分析并结合EMTP仿真给出了在此种情况下发生误动的原因和误动时候该线路的电气特征。针对误动线路的电气特征,给出了防止接地距离在此情况下可能误动的两个对策,并分析了两个对策的各自的特点。
This paper analyzes a mal-operation event of ground-distance relaying when ground fault occurs at adjacent line. It proposes the reasons of mal-operation through theory analysis and EMTP simulation and the electrical characteristics of this situation. According to the electrical characteristics, this paper presents two auxiliary methods to prevent mal-operation of ground-distance relaying.
