in this paper,the author mainly introduces the design of streaming current detector and controller based on embedded system microprocessor LPC2210 of PHILIPS.And expounds the development process of FIR filter and the emulation system.The result indicates the research of this new instrument have improved the ordinary Streaming Current Detector on the function,reliability,expansibility,prac ticability and stability.
