下运带式输送机制动控制的计算机系统的设计

摘要 针对煤矿生产特点,设计了一种基于arm7的大型下运带式输送机液压制动系统的计算机控制系统。运用实时多任务嵌入式操作系统UC/OSII和图形界面系统UC/GUI对下运带式输送机进行稳定性强、可靠性高的软制动操作。该系统可直观的监控带速、油温、油压、流量等液压调速制动系统的实时状态,为煤矿大型下运带式输送机的安全运行提供了保障。 In view of coal mine production characteristic, designed a computer control system based on ARM7. This system which used true-time multiple task operating system UC/OSⅡ and Graphical system UC/GUI can do the soft brake operation of the downward belt conveyor with strong stability and high reliable. This system can direct-vlewing monitor belt speed, hydraulic pressure , oil temperature , flowing tubing and so on hydraulic system on real-time conditions, it provides the safeguard for the safe operation of large-scale downward belt conveyor brake control system in coal mine.
