信号转导及转录激活子与肿瘤

摘要 信号转导及转录激活子(signal transducer and activator of transcription,STAT5)是信号转导及转录激活因子家族中的重要一员,参与多种细胞因子以及生长因子的信号转导和转录调控,参与细胞增殖、分化和生存,与细胞正常生理作用密切相关。但是,最近的研究发现,STAT5的异常活化将导致细胞的异常增殖和凋亡障碍,促进肿瘤的发生、发展,与多种肿瘤的关系密切。本文就STAT5与相关肿瘤的研究进展作一综述。 Signal transducer and activator of transcription5 (STAT5) is an important member of the signal transducers and activators of transcription. It participates in the process of signal transduction and transcription control (mediated) by various cytokines and growth factors, and also in the process^of cell proliferation,differentiation and survival. So it is correlated with the physiological function of different cells. But recent studies report that abnormal activation of STATS is involved in promoting aberrant cell proliferation and preventing apoptosis. It contributes to tumor growth and development in a wide variety of human tumors. This paper summarizes the progress of STATS and its related tumors.
