摘要 支气管哮喘发作是气道综合性病理和生理的变化过程,其气道炎症是由IgE介导的变态反应性炎症,T细胞和嗜酸粒细胞为主要的效应细胞。Notch信号通路无论是在无脊椎动物还是在脊椎动物中均可影响发育过程中多种细胞的分化、增殖和凋亡,在细胞命运的决定中起重要作用。近年研究表明,Notch信号通路对T细胞发育及分化的各个阶段均有作用。Notch信号能促进人胸腺的淋巴样前体细胞向T细胞分化,抑制其向B细胞分化;促进原T细胞优先地向αβT细胞发育;促进CD4+CD8+双阳性胸腺细胞向单阳性细胞分化并且在外周T细胞的发育及分化中发挥了作用。深入研究Notch信号对哮喘效应细胞的作用可能有助于为支气管哮喘极为复杂的发病环节寻找一种新的途径。本文就Notch信号在T细胞的发育及分化中的作用且重点将Notch信号在外周T细胞活化及分化中的作用作了综述。 The attack of asthma is the course of synthetic airway pathologic and physiologic variation. Its airway inflammation is a kind allergy mediated by IgE. T cells and eosinophils are the key effective cells. Notch signal can influence cell differentiation, proliferation and apoptosis in the development process either in invertebrate or vertebrate species. And it plays an important role in cell fate. Recent studies reveal that Notch signal contributes to each stage of T cell development and differentiation. Notch signal can promote the lymphoid precursor cells which have entered into thymus to differentiate into T cells and inhibit them to differentiate into B cells,it can encourage the progenitor T cells preferentially to develop to αβ T cells;it can facilitate CD4^+ CD8^+ thymocytes to differentiate to single masculine cells, and affect the development and differentiation of the periphery T cells. To lucubrate Notch signal which contributes to asthma effective cells will be a new way to search for the complicate morbility element of asthma. This article reviews the development and differentiation of T cells,focusing on the contribution of Notch signal to the activation and differentiation of periphery T cells.
