摘要
急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征的重要病理改变是肺泡上皮损伤,进而引起肺泡-毛细血管膜的损伤,出现气体弥散障碍。肺内自身存在及肺外组织来源的干细胞在肺损伤时可分化为上皮细胞,修复损伤肺组织的结构和功能,发挥治疗作用。本文就近年来国外对这方面的研究作一综述。
One important pathological change of acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome is the injury of alveolar epithelium,and then causes injury of blood-air barrier, so gases diffuse difficultly. The stem cells of lung and other tissues such as bone marrow and blood can differentiate into epithelium as lung injury, and repair the structure and function of the injuried lung, play the role of treatment.
