增压柴油机等温淬火球铁曲轴的开发与应用 被引量:3

摘要 对使用等温淬火球铁制造增压柴油机曲轴的技术可行性和生产可行性,以及经济效益与市场进行了分析。介绍六缸增压柴油机等淬球铁曲轴的试制过程及结果。试制曲轴的抗拉强度为900 ̄1070MPa,伸长率7% ̄9%;硬度31 ̄34HRC,疲劳弯矩M-1=3100N-M,安全系数1.8。对等淬曲轴产业化也提出了建议。 The technology and production possibility of using ADI for making turbocharged diesel engine crankshaft, as well as its economic benefit and market was analyzed. The development process and result of the ADI crankshaft for a turbocharged 6 cylinders diesel engine was described. The properties of the trial ADI crankshaft was as following: tensile strength of 900-1070 MPa,elongation of 7%-9%;hardness of 31-34HRC,fatigue bending moment M-1=3100 N-M,safety factor 1.8. Suggestion was also proposed on the industrialization of ADI crankshafts.
