介绍煤的干馏过程、煤粉在型砂中的防粘砂机理和煤粉的各项理化指标对其防粘砂能力的影响,以及选择优质煤粉的观点和方法。选择煤粉应通过全面的检测和评价各项理化指标,并通过试块浇注试验以确定其防粘砂能力。决定型砂中的有效煤粉含量应根据煤粉质量的优劣、铸件大小和厚薄、浇注温度、面砂或单一砂等因素。
An introduction was made to the dry distillation process of coal, anti-metal penetration mechanism of coal dust and influences of various physical-chemical properties of coal dust on its anti-metal penetration ability, view points on coal dust choice and choice methods. It is necessary for choosing coal dust to inspect and evaluate comprehensively all physical- chemical properties of the coal dust, as well as to determine its anti-metal penetration ability by pouring a test specimen. The effective coal dust content of molding sand should be determined according to the factors such as the quality of the coal dust, casting size and thickness, pouring temperature, facing sand or unit sand, and so on.
