120万方/日天然气处理装置的DCS&ESD系统的设计实现

摘要 介绍了APACS集散控制系统(DCS)和QUADLOG紧急停车系统(ESD)以及InTouch监控组态软件的特点和天然气处理工艺流程。设计出符合现场要求的120万方/日天然气处理装置DCS&ESD系统。论述了该系统的硬件配置和上、下位机的软件组态情况。结果表明,该系统在现场应用中情况良好。 The characteristics of APACS distributed control system, QUADLOG emergency shutdown device and supervise software InTouch were introduced as well as the step of natural gas processing. Furthermore, design the DCS&ESD System of 1.2 Million m^3 /Day natural gas processing device which satisfied the field requirements. Then, the systematic hardware structure and software configuration were discussed. The result indicates that the whole system was well applied in the field.
