论文探索了一种基于SOPC(System On a Programmable Chip)的自动指纹识别系统实现方法--CPU结合Nios自定制指令。具体说明指纹识别系统的基本原理,硬件结构、Nios自定制指令设计以及指纹识别算法的具体流程,实现了系统功能,并对系统的测试结果进行了分析。

A kind of approach about an automatic fingerprint identificaU on system based on SOPC——CPU integrating with Nios self-defining instruction is discussed in this paper.The basic principal , hardware structure ,design of Nios self-defining instruction and the detailed flow of the fingerprint identification algorithm have been particularly discussed in this paper,the function has been implemented and the results have been analyzed
