摘要
为了解决固体粉末状产品在自动化包装过程中所遇到的重量检测不准确以及由单片机所发出的控制信号不及时等问题,作者将步进电机在自动化包装机料斗门中的应用专门拿出来加以研究。提出了采用BGC技术精确测量和P89C54单片机以及SI-7230M等控制设备驱动步进电机控制料斗门的方案,建立了测量出的数字信号Di与步进电机转动角度θ之间的函数关系。
