摘要
本文介绍了一种微波发射管磁场线圈用大功率(60V,600A)高稳定度稳流电源。该电源采用"变压器+斩波器+线性调整"的混合环控制方法,并使用大功率开关器件IGBT作调整管,大大降低了调整管上的功耗,提高了效率及可靠性。文章最后给出该电源的主要性能指标。
A kind of high power stable current power supply with high stability for magnetic field coil in microwave emitter is introduced in this article. The efficiency and reliability of such power supply controlled by mixed loop with transformer, chopper and linear regulation are improved. And the main performance parameters are also given.
