摘要
目的探讨双歧杆菌属在不利条件下形成的球形体,是否为细菌潜生体的一种形式。方法应用4℃有氧条件持续放置、药敏试验方法结合菌落形态、细菌染色观察、原子力显微镜扫描以及复原生长试验等,进行观测和证明。结果有氧条件放置、抗菌药物等因素作用下,双歧杆菌均可转变成球形体,给予正常生长条件,又可以恢复正常生长及形态。结论不利条件下形成的双歧杆菌球形体,具备细菌潜生体的特征。
OBJECTIVE To explore whether the coccoid formed by Bifidobacterium under the unfavorable conditions belongs to the bacterial cryptic growth cells. METHODS Keeping in air with 4℃, drug-sensitive test and the morphological observation and atomic force were employed in the examination and identification microscopic scanning as well as the re-evolution growth test RESULTS Under the condition of oxygen and 4℃ and under the influence of several antibiotics, the coccoid form of Bifidobacterium appeared, and they multiplied normally with normal form when being given suitable conditions. CONCLUSIONS The coccoid form of Bifidobacterium exhibits the characteristics of bacterial cryptic growth cells.
