摘要
采用工业中广泛应用的工艺模拟软件对气体分馏装置中的丙烯塔进行了模拟计算,详细分析了进料组成、分离要求、进料位置、理论板数、操作条件等变化对丙烯塔回流比的影响,并提出了丙烯塔在一定条件下的最优设计方案。
In this paper,the process simulation software, which has been widely used in chemical industry,is used to simulate the distillation process of propylene rectification tower in gas fractionation unit.The influence of feed com- position,separation requirements,feed location,number of theoretical plates and operation conditions on reflux ratio of propylene rectification tower is extensively studied.And the optimal design scheme is proposed finally.
