摘要
大型机组在实际生产运行中,经常出现一些状态指示漂移、误报警等故障,给机组安全运行造成了一定威胁。为了确保机组的安全稳定运行,结合1 Mt/a的ARGG装置主风机组的实际运行情况,针对机组状态监测系统常见的故障,探讨了各类故障发生的原因及维修措施,对其它机组的维护与安全运行具有较好的借鉴作用。
The causes of all type of faults and the corre- sponding maintenance methods for status monitor system of machinery are discussed in detail based on the actual opera- tion of axial blower in the 1.0Mt/a catalytic cracking plant. Reference can be made for the maintenance.
