摘要
通过精确测定浓度范围在110%-119%的多聚磷酸的浓度,配之以理论分析,系统地比较研究了新型Nessler管粘度法和传统的酸碱滴定法、平均链长法的测试精度及稳定性。对于Nessler管粘度法,通过Matlab软件对数据的分析,得到多聚磷酸的粘度-浓度关系曲线,从理论上证明了在多聚磷酸浓度大于115%时该方法具有显著的优越性。同时,通过分析多聚磷酸的粘度-温度关系,定量地估计了控温精度对浓度测试精度的影响。更重要的是通过对Nessler粘度管的改进,大大地提高了多聚磷酸得测试精度及重复性。
The accuracy and consistency of the new Nessler tube method were systematically studied versus the traditional acid-base titration and average chain-length methods through concentration measurements on poiyphosphoric acid (PPA) with concentrations ranging from 110% to 119%. Quantitative analysis of relation-ship between viscosity and concentration clearly showed the superiority of the Nessler tube method especially when the concentration was above 115 %. Study of PPA's viscosity-temperature property also gave quantitative estimation on errors caused by temperature fluctuation. Most importantly, the accuracy of the method had been greatly imoroved through modification of the Nessler tube.
