摘要 本文介绍了一种能进行宽量程电阻阻值数字测量,并能通过语音播报阻值的电阻测试仪。采用“变换法”来测量电阻阻值,即通过阻值与频率(R/f)变换电路,将阻值变为与之对应的振荡频率,利用单片机SPCE061A测量频率,就可以实现测量电阻阻值。本电阻测试仪测量的范围为1Ω~200MΩ,利用6位LED数码管显示。为了实现宽量程的测量,将测量范围分为2段,即1Ω~50kΩ,50kΩ~200MΩ。在低阻值段,平均误差为0.01%;在高阻值段,平均误差为0.1%。通过软件编程来实现测量范围的自动转换,并利用SPCE061A内部的语音资源,实现语音播报电阻阻值,最终使本电阻测试仪具有数字化、智能化、语音化、实用性。 This article introduced an instrument, used for testing resistance, which can test wide range of digital- resistance and can broadcast the resistance value through voice. Adopt "transformation method" to test the resistance values, that is to say, we use the resistance values and frequency(R/f) transformation electric circuit to change the resistance values into the corresponding oscillation frequency, frequency. To do this we can achieve the purpose of testing the then make use of the singlechip SPCE061A to detect resistance values. The testing range of this resistance measurement instrument is from 1Ω to 200Ω, and we use 6 LED for displaying. To achieve wide range of measurement, the testing range is divided into two sections, one for 1Ω~50kΩ; the other for 50kΩ~200MΩ. In the low resistance range, the average error is 0.01%. The average error of the high resistance range is 0.1%. The auto conversion of the testing range can be achieved through software programming. And to make use of the inner speech resources of the SPCE061A, we can carry out a speech to report the resistance values. Finally, it can enable this resistance measurement instrument to be digitalization, intelligential, separable and practicability.
