摘要
采用X射线检测方法研究了不同等温淬火工艺对ADI中残余奥氏体的影响。试验结果表明,在30~120 min等温淬火时间范围内,随着等温淬火时间的延长,残余奥氏体量及其含碳量逐渐增加,60 min时出现峰值,然后逐渐降低;在270~380℃等温淬火温度内,等温淬火温度较低时,残余奥氏体的量及其含碳量较低,随着等温淬火温度的升高,残余奥氏体量及其含碳量逐渐增大,当等温淬火温度超过360℃后,有下降的趋势。
Influence of different isothermal quenching technology on ADI's retained austenite was investigated by X-ray diffraction. The experimental results indicate that during 30-120 min, with increasing the isothermal quenching time, the content and carbon content of retained austenite increased to a max value at 60 min, then decreased. During 270-380 ℃, the content and carbon content of it are low at lower temperature, and with increasing the isothermal quenching temperature, the content and carbon content of retained austenite increased to a max value at 360 ℃, and then decreased.
