倾斜浇注防止焦炉炉门铸件产生浇不足缺陷 被引量:1

摘要 浇不足是焦炉炉门铸件常见铸造缺陷。通过分析浇不足缺陷产生的原因,认为是铁液压力头小,铁液末端温度低所造成。通过对铸型倾斜,提高铁液在铸型中的压力,使低温铁液从铸型末端冒口处流出,保证铸型中铁液能够同时凝固,可以避免铸件产生浇不足缺陷。由于采用倾斜浇注,因浇不足缺陷造成的废品率由5%降低到1%,效果明显。 Misrun is the common defects found in oven door castings process. It was analyzed that the causes of the defects of misrun in oven door. The main factor effecting on the small pressure in molten iron was low temperature molten iron. Through heeling the mold, molten iron increased the pressure in the mold, the low temperature molten iron out flowed from the end risers in the mold, assured that the molten iron in the mold could concreting at the same time, avoid occurring the defects of misrun in oven door. Through adopted inclined casting, waste ratio reduced from 5 percent to 1 percent. It has been proved in practice.
