微波口腔治疗仪用于根管治疗的疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effects of Microwave Oral Cavity Therapeutic Equipment in Root Canal Therapy

目的:观察应用微波消毒,并一次完成根管治疗的疗效。方法:对36例患牙作微波根管消毒后随即进行根管充填,观察术后和1年后的疗效,并与FC根管消毒后再次治疗的34例患牙对照。结果:微波根管治疗的有效率为88.9%,常规FC消毒对照组的有效率为91.2%。两组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:微波根管消毒后一次完成根管治疗的方法是可行的,但有一定的注意事项。

Objective： To observe the curative effects of root canal therapy that was sterilized with microwave and done by one time. Methods： All of 36 cases were given root canal filling after root canal sterilized with microwave. The curative effects after one year and the postoperative were observed and compared with 34 cases treated for a second time after root canal sterilized with FC. Results： The effective rate of root canal therapy with microwave was 88.9 %, but the effective rate of the sterilized control group with conventional FC was 91.2 %. There was no statistical significance between the two gruops （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： The method after root canal sterilized with microwave and done by one time is workable, but there are specified points for attention.
