危害分析关键控制点在歌舞娱乐业管理中的应用

Application of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point in Health Inspection of Singing and Dancing Place

目的探讨对歌舞娱乐业管理工作中新的方法。方法运用危害分析关键控制点(HACCP)对歌舞娱乐业进行预防性卫生评价,判定危害因素,确定卫生质量关键控制点、控制标准和控制方法。结果运用HACCP后,消除危害因素,歌舞娱乐业卫生指标合格率显著上升(P<0.01)。结论应用HACCP开展卫生管理可显著提高歌舞娱乐业的卫生质量。

OBJECTIVE To explore new methods for health inspection of singing and dancing place. METHODS By using the method of hazard analysis critical control point（HACCP）, the preventive health inspection, identification of hazardous factors, establishment of critical control points, sanitary standard and control countermeasures for sanitary quality were carried out in singing and dancing place. RESULTS After the application of HACCP in health inspection, the hazardous factors of sanitary quality were eliminated, the qualified rates of sanitary indexes increased significantly（P〈0.01 ）. CONCLUSION The application of HACCP in health inspection coul significantly promote the sanitary quality of singing and dancing place.
