黑龙江省高新技术产业与新型工业化协调发展机理研究

Coordinating mechanisms between High-tech industry and new industrialization for Heilongjiang Province

为了促进黑龙江省新型工业化同高新技术产业的协调发展,通过对黑龙江省高新技术产业发展现状的阐述,系统分析了高新技术产业发展与新型工业化推进之间的协调发展机理,运用主成分分析方法对黑龙江省高新技术产业发展与新型工业化之间的关联性进行测度,得到二者高度相关的结论.并利用共生系统的协调耦合原理构建了高新技术产业发展与新型工业化之间的互动模型.由此可见,高新技术产业发展是新型工业化的推动力,为新型工业化提供了高新技术产业发展空间.

In order to promote coordinated development of Heilongjiang Province＇s new industrialization with the high-tech industry, coordination is analyzed between the development of high-tech industries and advancement in new industrialization, based on current development of high-tech industries in Heilongjiang Province. Using the principal components analysis method, correlation between high-tech industry development and new industrialization in Heilongjiang Province is measured and a high level of correlation is shown. Finally, an interaction model between them is built by using the coordinated coupling principle of the paragenesis system. This article concludes that high-tech industry development promotes new industrialization, and new industrialization provides development space for the high-tech industry.
