摘要 现代化工业生产的领域中,具有计量功能的给料机在散状物料输送系统中的应用日渐增多。本文介绍了一种分布式数据采集与监控系统,阐述了系统的结构特点和工作原理,从软硬件方面进行了设计。将采集数据上传给控制中心的上位机时,采用MAX485接口转换芯片将RS232转换成RS485协议进行远距离传送。本装置具有操作方便、控制灵活可靠、人机界面友好等特点,在实际应用中也取得了良好的使用效果。 In the field of modern industrial production, the application of the teeders with measurement used in material transportation system in bulk is increased. This paper presented a distributed data sample and monitoring system, and the framework and working principle of the system and design for hardware and software were analyzed. In which, the sampling data was sent to epigyny machine in control centre, and RS232 was switched to RS485 by using MAX485. After practice, it is proved that the device has the advantages of high precision, excellent reliability, user-friendly and network function, and so on.
