摘要
本文主要介绍数字示波器TDS220自动测试系统,该系统主要由9500B示波器校准仪、GPIB接口卡、计算机、电缆等组成,主要完成示波器的直流电压、带宽、触发灵敏度、时间准确度的测试;并且阐述了基于LabVIEW的自动测试系统硬件和软件的应用,通过实例讲述了如何实现仪器程控、控制信号的产生和测量结果的处理。
This paper introduced the automatic test system which was composed of 9500B oscilloscope calibrator, GPIB, computer, cable, and so on. It mainly finished automatic test of DCV, bandwidth, trigger sensitivity, time accuracy,and it described the hardware configuration and software design based on LabVIEW. How to realize the remote control over devices, produce control signal and process measurement dada was presented by application examples.
