对我国竞技体育后备人力资源的现状、发展趋势等问题进行探讨,认为要从制度建设、法律法规完善、体教结合、人才培养和流动、扩大项目影响等方面着手,以此来实现竞技体育后备人力资源的可持续发展。

By researching ang discussing on the current situation , the developing trend and some other problems of sports reserves human resource. I reached conclusion that in order to fulfill the sustained development of reserves human resource in sports, we should make every effort to promote the establishment of the system, improve the concerning laws and results, integrate sports and education , strengthen cultivation and flow of talents, as well as enhance the influence of the sports item.
