以获取半导体物理学方向的科技文献资料为例,详细介绍了通过因特网查阅科技文献资料的几种常用方法。
Taking the acquisition of the sci-tech literature information of the semiconductor physics as the example, this paper introduces several common methods of consulting the sci-tech literature through Internet.
