The Information Literacy and the Cultivation of the Innovative Talents

摘要 在分析信息素质基本概念的基础上,阐述了国外及我国公民的信息素质状况,并对信息素质的培养提出了一些建议。 Through analyzing on the basic concepts of the information literacy, this paper expounds the information literacy situation of the citizens of China and foreign countries, and advances some suggestions on the cultivation of the information literacy.
