摘要
在充分研究苎麻牵切纺技术的基础上,文章采用可编程序控制器(PLC)研制出了具有实用价值的苎麻牵切纺机。文章对苎麻牵切纺机的关键技术及控制策略进行了分析,详细论述了牵切纺机及控制系统硬件结构、软件流程的研制过程。设备投入实际应用后,可降低能耗,减小环境污染,提高工效,大幅提高苎麻纺织的产量与质量。
In the foundation of full research about China grass tow-to-yarn direct spinning technology, this article adopts the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) to develop the China grass tow-to-yarn direct spinning machine with practical value. This article has carried on the analysis of China grass tow-to-yarn direct spinning machine's essential technology and the control strategy, detailedly elaborated the research process of the hardware structure, the software flow of tow-to-yarn direct spinning machine and the control system. After jumping in the practical application, the equipment may reduce the energy consumption, reduce the environmental pollution, enhance the work efficiency, largely enhance the output and the quality of China grass spinning and weaving.
