摘要
党的十六届六中全会提出了构建和谐社会的伟大目标。企业是社会的微观主体,在构建和谐社会中起着重要作用,同时,建立和谐的企业文化是发挥员工潜能、增强员工归属感的重要保证。文章从企业实际出发介绍了建立和谐企业文化的经验和体会。
16 Sixth Plenary Session of the Party Central Committee of the party had put forward the great goal of constructing the harmonious society. Enterprise is the minuteness object of society, and it is very important in constructing concordant culture. At the same time, concordant culture can develop the employee's potential, improve the employee's ascription.
