摘要
随着电动助力转向器的发展,电动助力转向器(EPS)测试方兴未艾。提出了一整套试验方法和评价体系。根据EPS试验数据的特征,利用梯度法剔除脉冲干扰,滑动窗口平均法平滑滤波周期性高频干扰,再用最小二乘法对预处理过的数据进行二次处理。测试结果显示测试数据接近真实场景,处理结果可靠性强。
Along with the development of Electric Power Steering(EPS), the test of EPS is in the ascendant, the experimental and evaluation method of EPS is presented. The assistance current characteristics, the input/output characteristics, the steering-returning characteristics, the function test, the no-load characteristic test, the impact test etc. are conducted in-depth study. The corresponding appraisement specification and the computational method are produced. Further EPS test data analysis and processing algorithm is studied. Based on the EPS test data feature, the gradient operator algorithm is used to remove the pulse disturbance, the slid casing average one to smooth and filter the recurrent small perturbation and the least squares one to process the pretreated data. The EPS test result shows that the test data is close to the real scene and the processing result is reliable.
