Electronic Stamp Promoting Paperless Office

摘要 无纸化办公是办公自动化的一个重要目标之一,本文讨论了制约其实现的一大技术障碍,提出了PKI体系基础之上的电子印章的解决方案。电子印章不仅可以在技术和法律意义上保障公文的真实有效,而且在用户的应用习惯上存在无缝连接的优点,便于接受和推广,有助于推动办公的真正“无纸化”。 Paperless office is one of the important aims of OA.T-his paper discusses an obvious obstacle that prevents the realization of paperless office,and then proposes a solution to the problem,that is,electronic stamp based on PKI system.Electronic stamp can not only guarantee the authenticity and validity of documents in the sense of technology and law,but also enable uses to bring seamless connection into effect in practice;these merits make it easily accepted and popularized,and so that it can help promote the real paperless office in OA.
