米非司酮与米素前列醇配合钳夹术终止大月份妊娠临床应用

On the Clinical Application of Mifepristone and Misoprostol Matched with Clamping to End Big-month Pregnancy

目的：探讨米非司酮与米素前列醇在终止大月份妊娠中应用的价值及可行性。方法：将1998-2006年我科共收集84例选择停经14-18周要求终止妊娠妇女，随机分成观察组（A组）42例，服药后手术，对照组（B组）42例，直接手术；对两组手术效果进行比较观察，结果：A组手术成功率高于B组，宫颈松驰度好，手术时间、术时疼痛、出血量少于B组。结论：米非司酮与米素前列醇配合钳夹术终止大月份妊娠能提高成功率，减轻痛苦，效果满意。

Objective： Exploring the value and feasibility of Mifepristone and Misoprostol in ending big-month pregnancy; Methods： Dividing 84 cases who demanded end pregnancy after 14～18 weeks of menelipsis during 1998～2006, into two groups A and B, and A group is observation group that have 42 cases who have been operated after having medicine, and B group is contrasting group that have 42 cases who have been operated only, then comparing the operation effect of two groups; Results： The operation success rate of A group is higher than B group, and the cervix relaxation extend of A group is better than B group, and the operation time, operation pain and the amount of bleeding of A group is less than B group; Conclusion： The method that apply Mifepristone and Misoprostol Matched with Clamping to end big-month pregnancy, can enhance success rate, lighten pain, and bring satisfy effect.
