少数民族地区和谐社会的构建仅仅有中央宏观主体和企业微观主体作用仍然不够，必须发挥民族区域自治政府主体能动作用。自治政府应将国家保障与善于行使自治权相结合，主动探索适合民族地区发展之路。

It is far from enough to rely only on the function of central government and enterprises and it is necessary the national autonomy governments play a role in the course of building harmonious society in minority national regions. And autonomy governments should explore the proper way of national regions＇ development.
